If a Team subscription is canceled, paused, or otherwise no longer entitled, the workspace returns to the Free plan after the provider state is applied. Arialine does not delete or hide existing boards. A workspace keeps its diagrams, versions, edits, history, decisions, exports, and canvases.Free limits new board creation to three boards per workspace. If the workspace already has more than three boards, all existing boards remain usable and editable, but creating another board or branch is unavailable until the workspace upgrades again. A branch counts as a new board.Paddle remains the authority for payment status and payer-facing billing email. Workspace owners and admins see the workspace entitlement controls in Arialine, while payer invoices and payment methods remain with the payer in Paddle.
