Export a diagram or place it on a Slack Canvas

Use the board's Export control for Mermaid source (.mmd), PNG, SVG or PDF report. The PDF chooser lets you export the current version, one historical version, or a selected sequence of up to ten versions. It uses stored version snapshots and includes a rendered diagram, author, readable date, change summary and available Slack source evidence for each selected version. Mermaid source appears once, for the latest version included in the PDF.

The cover carries the workspace name and logo when available, the export scope, requester, board reference, content fingerprint and an Arialine link. The generated PDF is posted to the board thread. Export does not consume an AI generation or create a new board version.

The interactive HTML diagram and mobile-friendly PNG remain on the board. Place on canvas inserts the latest rendered PNG into an accessible Slack Canvas; this is separate from the automatically posted decision ledger. Slack Free limits Canvas creation, so an existing channel tab or Slack permissions may prevent placement. The board thread, History and source remain available.
