Paddle collects the payer's own billing identity, email, invoices, payment method, and tax details. Payment does not grant Slack access or workspace administration.Arialine keeps its existing Slack authorization model for subscription management. Workspace owners/admins can use the management controls exposed by Arialine. Payer-specific financial documents and payment details remain with Paddle and are not exposed to every Slack admin.Critical payment problems are communicated in two directions: Paddle notifies the payer at the billing email, and Arialine sends a Slack alert to current workspace owners/admins so the workspace is not surprised by a service-impacting problem.
