Troubleshooting diagram creation

Common checks when Arialine does not create or update a diagram.

If Arialine does not react, check the following:

  1. Confirm Arialine is installed in the correct Slack workspace.

  2. Confirm Arialine has access to the channel.

  3. Explicitly address Aria, Arialine, or @Arialine for natural-language diagram actions.

  4. For shared .mmd or .md files, check the channel's automatic-rendering settings or explicitly invoke Arialine.

  5. For pasted Mermaid code, remember automatic pasted-text rendering is off by default unless enabled for that channel.

  6. If Mermaid is invalid, use the offered repair action or enable automatic validation.

If the issue persists, open Contact support, continue to live chat, and include the approximate time, workspace, channel context, and what you expected to happen.
