Privacy, GDPR, and deletion requests

Email hi@arialine.app for access, correction, portability, GDPR, or deletion requests. We may ask you to verify that you can act for the workspace before we act on the request.

Support correspondence is kept in our support mailbox. Earlier support conversations may still exist in Featurebase, which hosts this Help Center. Arialine does not automatically send your Slack profile, workspace identity, verified account email, or Paddle billing email to Featurebase.

Arialine stores product and account data across the systems required to operate the service. Depending on your use, this can include Arialine's operational database, the customer/account database, analytics, Paddle billing records, and Featurebase support/contact records. Legally required billing records may need to be retained by the payment provider.

The Privacy Policy on arialine.app is the authoritative legal description of collected data, providers, retention, and user rights.
