A board's root Slack message is the anchor for the current diagram. It includes a mobile-friendly PNG and an interactive HTML file, plus controls for Show source, History, Branch, and Export. The root message is refreshed when a new version becomes current; older version artifacts remain in the thread.
Open the HTML file on desktop to pan and zoom, inspect provenance badges, read the Decisions panel, copy the exact Mermaid source, and browse the History panel. On mobile, Slack may show HTML as raw code, so download it and open it in a browser; the PNG is the quick preview.
The board's Slack thread contains version replies and the decision ledger Canvas keeps a readable timeline. Follow the source-message links when you need to understand why a change was made.
