Use a Slack discussion as diagram context

Turn a recent or older Slack discussion into a diagram or grounded answer.

Talk normally in Slack, then explicitly address Aria, Arialine, or @Arialine with a request such as "diagram what we decided about session expiry", "add that", or "lock it in". Arialine can use the current board thread, a preceding grounded answer, up to 72 hours of recent channel context, or Slack search for older public-channel discussion.

Time does not define a discussion. Arialine selects messages that match the requested topic and ignores unrelated chatter. If several discussions match, Arialine shows each candidate's topic, date, channel, excerpts, and source-message count. Choose Use this discussion, open Review sources, or choose Refine search. The review form accepts natural-language guidance, Slack message links, or both. Nothing is created while the source remains ambiguous.

Keyword search works without Slack AI Search. Semantic matching is available only when the workspace includes Slack AI Search. Search and message links can return only content Slack permits the requesting user and Arialine to access. Private-channel and direct-message historical search is not currently supported.

A direct reply can continue a grounded Q&A conversation. In other channels and board threads, address Arialine again for the next action. Edits still follow the channel's Proposal or Direct policy.
